CANDIDATE REFERRAL PROGRAM

At MyPrivateRecruiter, we believe that great talent deserves recognition, and we value the insights and connections of our network. Our Candidate Referral Program is designed to reward you for helping us discover exceptional candidates who align with our clients’ needs. By referring qualified candidates, you can earn up to $500 for each successful placement.

How it Works:

Identify a Candidate: If you know someone who possesses the skills, experience, and qualities that make them an ideal fit for an executive-level position, refer them to us by submitting their details through our Candidate Referral Form (link provided below).

Candidate Evaluation: Our expert recruitment team will review the referred candidate’s qualifications and suitability for current or upcoming executive positions.

Placement and Offer Acceptance: If the referred candidate is selected by our clients and successfully receives and accepts an offer of employment within 60 days of their hire/start date, you will be eligible for a referral reward.

Reward Distribution: Once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period, we will send you a referral reward of $500 as a token of our appreciation for your valuable contribution.

Candidate Referral Program Guidelines:

The referral program is open to all individuals, whether they are current clients, candidates, or members of our extended network.

Referrals must be submitted through our official Candidate Referral Form, which can be accessed on our website or requested from your dedicated MyPrivateRecruiter representative.

Referred candidates must be new to our database and not have been previously contacted by MyPrivateRecruiter within the past 12 months.

The referral reward will only be paid for candidates who are successfully placed and accept an offer of employment within 60 days of their hire/start date.

The referral reward will be paid out after the referred candidate successfully completes their probationary period with the hiring company.

MyPrivateRecruiter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Candidate Referral Program at any time.
